Anna’s Practice
I approach yoga with the belief that it should feel supportive, not overwhelming. Every body is different, and every practice should meet you where you are.
Yoga has taught me that progress doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from learning to work with your body and build strength over time.
Whether we’re working one-on-one or in a small group, I focus on creating a calm and personalized experience. I guide each session with care, so you can move in a way that feels steady and comfortable for your body.
My goal isn’t just to guide you through a flow, but to help you build a deeper awareness of your body and create a sense of balance you can carry with you beyond the mat.
Beyond the Mat
Outside of teaching, my life is centered around my family. I’m married and have a wonderful 7-year-old son, and we spend as much time together as we can, whether that’s practicing yoga, being outside, or simply enjoying the day together.
Yoga isn’t just something I teach, it’s something I live. It’s woven into my everyday life in small, meaningful ways, and it’s something I love sharing with my family.
I also believe that movement can be joyful and expressive. One of my favorite ways to bring that into my practice is through music — especially creating Disney-inspired playlists and themed classes that feel fun, lighthearted, and a little nostalgic.
I’m drawn to living in a way that feels nourishing, from the way I move to the food I eat. I love trying new places that offer fresh, wholesome meals, and finding simple rituals that help me feel balanced and energized.
Whether it’s a quiet morning with coffee, time at the beach, or a moment to reset, I value the small things that bring a sense of calm and presence into my day.
